Agreement to Terms

By using M&M Improvements services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

Services Provided

M&M Improvements provides:

• Home Improvement Services: Space organization, office setups, and home upgrades
• Technical Services: Gadget repairs, custom builds, and tech support
• Personal Development: Life coaching, motivation, and wellness consultation

Service Terms

Scheduling and Availability

• Services are scheduled by appointment only
• 24-hour notice required for cancellations
• Flexible scheduling available including evenings and weekends

Payment Terms

• Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise arranged
• We accept cash, check, and major credit cards
• Late payment fees may apply to overdue accounts

Warranties and Guarantees

We stand behind our work with the following guarantees:

• 30-day satisfaction guarantee on all home improvement work
• 90-day warranty on electronic repairs
• Lifetime support for organizational systems we implement

Limitation of Liability

M&M Improvements shall not be liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Damages exceeding the amount paid for services
• Issues arising from customer-provided materials or equipment
• Delays due to circumstances beyond our control

Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for:

• Providing accurate information about service requirements
• Ensuring safe access to work areas
• Securing valuable items during service visits
• Complying with local regulations and HOA requirements

Intellectual Property

All custom designs, organizational systems, and proprietary methods remain the intellectual property of M&M Improvements. Customers receive a license to use these systems for their personal benefit.

Termination

Either party may terminate services with reasonable notice. In case of termination, payment is due for all completed work.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
